(March 29, 2017, 10:20 pm)We seem to end up here when visiting the shops in Seal Beach. It's less congested and peaceful. There is a place for breakfast and lunch called "River's End Cafe." Surprisingly, it is still open, yet we have never eaten there. Parking is not free. There are parking meters that you pay by the hour. There's an outdoor shower to rinse off, and a hose for anything else that needs a good rinsing. The public bathrooms are pretty disgusting, so be prepared to hover, and equipped with 'tp,' handsoap/sanitizer.
