I have been going to Dr Hong for over 6 years. Dr Hong and is staff are professional and friendly. The office appears well managed and my appointments are always on time. The front desk sends helpful reminders for my appointments.
I used to be super scared to dentists in general before I came to Dr. Hong's office. On my first visit he made me feel comfortable. He is very gentle, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and explains the process. His personality is very hilarious and I have been seeing Dr. Hong for the past 7 years now. I always felt that he cares about my well-being. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and they know you by your first name.
I have been seeing Dr. Hong for three years. Everything these good reviews say are true. The front desk knows you by first name, they care about you. Dr. Hong has a great personality and always smiling and cares about his patients.
I recently had a root canal and I was in and out of the chair with a temp crown in 45 min. He is fast and good with no pain. I am 54 years old and never had a dentist as professional and good as Dr. Hong or his staff.
