  I have been taking Walk for Life with Bonnie since Fall 2011 and have recommended it to many friends. Bonnie makes the class fun with different music and you don;t realize how hard you are working. I am so disappointed when I am unable to attend. Look forward ti more sessions at Forest View.

  If you are looking for FUN while you are doing your Zumba-GOLD workout... Come and join Carolyn Alexander's classes. Not only is she a great Zumba instructor;she is a great person. She adjusts the workouts to suit you! We have so much fun in her class that we "hardly" realize we are exercising! There is never a time I do not see her smiling. SHE REALLY ENJOYS HER JOB. I can tell-- We all enjoy her upbeat personality. I've been taking her Zumba-Gold classes for about three years now--And hope to for many more!

  I have been taking Zumba Gold with Carolyn Alexander for several sessions. Carolyn is a great teacher, her classes seem to fly by. She makes it a blast. She takes time to address new steps and makes the class truly enjoyable. Don't worry if you make errors in the routine, Carolyn occasionally does it herself and you can catch her laughing at herself. Thanks Carolyn.

  I started to visit classes just a month ago, but I really like it. Yogalates is smth new for me, but I feel like it fits me very well. Sue gives us exercises for core, legs, back and after classes I feel every muscle, so it works.

  I have taken many fitness classes and as a physical therapist I am very critical of instructors. Sue Garcia is by far the best pilates and fitness instructor I have worked with. In the past two years I have seen my running times increase and I have more energy in general. Sue demonstrates a high degree of knowledge in many types of fitness training and tailors her classes to each individual. I highly recommend her and her programs and instructors.
