I recently purchased my first home and was referred to Jennifer at Nationwide. I left another agency to bundle 2 of my cars and my new home. Jennifer and her staff are awesome to deal with. Every time I call with a question they answer the phone and go above and beyond. The level of customer service is top notch. I had been a long time customer of another insurance company. About 2 years ago I was purchasing another home and needed to update my coverage. It was at that time I realized how much I was paying in insurance! I immediately went to Nationwide and worked with Jen to get an affordable policy with similar coverage. She was amazing! Jen took the time to explain my coverage and make sure the price was right! I have referred my friends and family to her and they have expressed the exact same sentiment!
