Quiet place to go and do school work.

Greetings Li,

I am sorry you had an unsatisfactory experience at the CCBC Catonsville Campus Library. Please know your comments are taken seriously and I would like to address some of your concerns.

The Café is closed during the summer due to fewer students on campus and low customer traffic.

The Library Group Study Rooms are for CCBC students and a college ID is required. This is a common policy for college libraries to give priority to their currently enrolled students for services that receive high demand.

Gnats during the summer can be problematic, but I assure you that issue has been resolved.

Library signage indicates that covered drinks are allowed in the Library, but no food due to the fact that food attracts pesky bugs.

I apologize for any poor customer service you received from my staff. Sometimes staff can appear less friendly when they are communicating policies. However, it is my expectation, that all staff carry themselves in a professional and courteous manner.
