  The staff here is EXCELLENT. After numerous sub-par experiences at the corporate store in Royersford (on Ridge), I tried this store. They spent over an hour with me, waited on hold for customer service with me, and resolved the issue. They truly do care and want to help, unlike many other stores. THANK YOU.

  I have had issues with my Asus phone not making calls. It is very frustrating and unsafe for my lifestyle. I went to the corporate store without much success. I'm here in the Collegeville store in Frank F. He has been exceptionally helpful. He understands the levity of the problem, patiently waiting on hold with me while we got through to Verizon support, and talked to them to let them know what steps we had already taken to troubleshoot. His professionalism, empathy and helpfulness are greatly appreciated.
