I went here to have my carseat inspected. Chris was so kind and helpful and very responsive. He provided great peace of mind to a newer mom!
Chris Johnson helped me fix our car seat after the settings were inadvertently adjusted during air travel. He was courteous, knowlegeable and prompt to assess the necessary adjustment. He also took the time to educate me on the best ways to keep my son safe in his car seat. I would definitely recommend Chris and the services at Tri-State to new parents.
Very helpful and accomodating! Have utulized the carseat installation program twice now the gentleman that voluntarily runs the program Is extremely knowledgeable and friendly plus, they invite anyone to take advantage regardless of residency which is huge as most other programs do not. Would recommend it to anyone!
I went to have a carseat installed here and was very pleased with the service. The nice guy Christopher Johnson was very friendly and helpful. I had purchased a new carseat for my Granddaughter and wanted to make sure it was installed correctly. Not only did he install it but showed me everything I needed to know to do it myself if need to. I will definitely put the word out there for people to go here and get help if they need it.
