  Great Company to work with. I had them came out to install the water heater, plumbing work for both the washer and dryer vent. They did a great job and ensure everything was according to regulation for inspection. I had a few fixes that needs to be done again. I called and they came back out as soon as possible. Overall great work, and I will be continuing my service with this company again.

  My water heater went out Thursday morning. I called Matt L. from the Scottish Plumber. He had me buy a water heater from Home Depot & send him the receipt to pick it up. Friday morning, I texted what time. He said as soon as he was done. After no call/text, at 7:30 p.m. I asked was he still coming. He said that he was at Home Depot. At 10:30 p.m., I called, no answer, then texted what happened. He said that they had the wrong water heater. Saturday morning, I called R&R Plumbing. Owner Rob said that Saturday was booked. While I was still calling around, Rob called, because of cancelations. I was impressed. Mike showed up within 20 minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the installation, which included new piping within 1.5 hours! Everyone else quoted 2 hours, without replacing pipes. Thank you Rob and Mike! I, truly appreciate your excellent customer service, quick and quality work!
