  it is great to do business with Joe. being an experienced agent, if you ask him a question, he knows the answer and gives great advise when you need it. state farm is lucky to have him. Thanks for all you do Joe and who you are!!!

  In this day and age when everything is so impersonal and done online, via e-mail or by automated telephone, where it is virtually impossible to get anything other than an automated general response or to be able to speak to an actual person who will address "your" unique and/or specific issue rather than recite some general scripted answer, I can't express how refreshing it is to do business with Joe LaBella's State Farm insurance agency. He actually employs a small, professional staff who make it their business to know who you are as an individual and to deal with "your" specific issues directly and personally and quickly. You actually feel like you matter and they appreciate your business. A very rare experience in today's world. Thank you Joe LaBella. You have my business for life.

  Joe LaBella and his whole team are the best!!!!!!!! Very helpful and walked us through the ins and outs of all of our Home Policy and Auto Policy. Highly recommended!

  Not sure why the negative reviews. I've been using LaBella for about 15 years with no problems. I get my bill, walk in with it plus a check and am taken care of in under 5 minutes. Any questions or claims are taken care of in a reasonable time period, and I've always had any problems resolved quickly.
  
  The staff has always been friendly and helpful, plus Joe is always willing to talk about anything. He's been a wealth of knowledge as well.
