  Chris and Randy were quite professional from the moment they arrived and remained that way until they left 4.5 hours later. I have a very quaint home with very old pipes. They replaced what was needed and I never felt pressured to do more than was required. I have never had water pressure this impressive and effective! Know this: Chris will be my plumber until I no longer live there. I’m so glad I contacted KB Complete! Thank you

  Alex at KB Complete did a wonderful job today. Originally called for my yearly furnace inspection but then have been having issues with a tiny little leak in bowl of master bath toilet. So I called & asked if he could fix it also. And he DID!! I know this has been leaking for at least a year but kept forgetting to call someone. So he did it all in one service call and cost if repair was minimal!! I asked a number of questions about some other little things and we discussed how to get those fixed & they can do those too. Great experience. This is second time I've used them to "fix" something & both times have been great. THANK YOU Alex!! Great job!!

  Vince was the on-call technician when my furnace quit working at 9:00 p.m. on a very cold Saturday night. He was able to actually diagnose the problem correctly over the phone and then came over and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Vince also spent time educating me on proper furnace and tankless hot water heater maintenance. He was knowledgeable, professional and highly skilled. I will definitely be asking KB Complete to send Vince for any of my future maintenance or service calls...he's great.

  The customer service on my initial call was fantastic - 5 stars if that is the best (her name as Alex). Kevin, the man that came to fix my furnace was also fantastic - again 5 stars if that is the best. He was professional, knowledgeable, including showing me what he was doing (I always like to learn!) friendly and accommodating. This is the kind of person I want to help me maintain my home, He gave me details of their annual maintenance plan, which seems to be a great deal, but was not pushy. It would have saved me money to buy it today, but it's in my nature to research these things. It is highly likely I will buy this plan in the near future. I will 100% be doing business with your company again in the future! If you have my name associated with this review, feel free to share my name with your employees:)

  Ollie Manley did an excellent job.
  
  Deep cleaning our Mitsubishi mini split is not for the feint of heart! Dust and dog hair is not a heater/cooling units' friend!
  
  The Mitsubishi is a 5 star unit for our 4 season sun room.
  
  We continue to use KB Complete because they truly are a customer service oriented company with knowledgeable technicians.
