  Excellent service, no upselling pressure. Just good advice and fair pricing for tires, grips and service. Xavier was very helpful throughout.

  I was looking for a high end hybrid bike and went to several bike stores in the area. Bikesport turned out to be the best in the local area. Their staff is knowledgeable and into biking as a hobby. Bikesport makes sure you are satisfied. Initially I ordered an aluminum Cannondale Quick 3 from Bikesport. While an excellent bike, I felt I wanted a good carbon bike. Bikesport had Trek FX 6 to try (although not my size) and I loved it. Initially, they had trouble getting my size, but they went out of their way to get me my bike in a reasonable time. They gave me a nice discount that I was not expecting. And the bike includes free tune ups for life. Nobody else gives the free tune ups and that can be worth a lot over time. I love the bike and the service is very good.

  The story started out disappointing but the people at bike sport turned a bad experience into a good outcome. We received the bike today through Bike Sports hard work. The story as shown below was a learning situation for both parties. We will definitely keep working with Bike Sport because they listen.
  
  ordered a bike back in May. We were told that there would be a 6 week back order. Bike Sport never communicated the status. We called one week before the presumed delivery. We were then told it will be an additional 4 weeks. Just called again (after waiting 3 weeks) and are told it will be another 4 weeks. Bottom line ... very bad customer service when it comes to communication. This is a $2500 bike. I had previously ordered a $3500. bike and the communication was the same. I am very disappointed in their communication and even more so since they are holding $1200 of my money.
  
  Ginny did contact me and apologized for their lack of communication. There was a misunderstanding on their part as to the promised delivery date. We did have to modify the order and were able to improve the delivery time for the bike.

  Top notch bike shop in the area! Great customer service, knowledge of bikes and they listen to what your needs are in helping to repair your bike. We also were able to work together to have the repair fixed before a major ride.
