  This is a great place to get your pets groomed. They are very professional and care about the animals put in their care. I took my cat to get a lion clip because he needed a kind of reset to his hair and the owner did warn me of possible nicks due to the fact that cats have paper-thin skin. He also wanted to make sure that I really wanted to get the lion clip because it could actually damage the hair. I appreciated his concern very much because it showed he cared. When I picked up my cat he looked so good! My wife and I are very happy with how he looks and feels. And he doesn't mind the new cut either. One more thing: unlike other groomers, the people at this place actually try to save you money. I was told by the co-owner that my cat doesn't actually need the same cut again and again, and just a trim would do. That would be a savings of $85. You can't get customer service like this anywhere else. I have been made a loyal customer. Thank you so much, Passionate Paws & Claws!

  I brought my pup here for his first haircut, the owners Chris and Jessica took the time to do a consult meeting first, and discuss my concerns about ensuring that Desmo's first haircut wouldn't be a stressful experience and make him not like being groomed. They do an absolutely incredible job, and keep a very relaxed atmosphere for the dogs. After 3 visits my dog Desmo gets super excited to go, he loves hanging out for the day! I really appreciated the time they took making him comfortable, and breaks during grooming so it never got stressful for him. Definitely coming back, and definitely recommend them!!

  Chris and his team are passionate about their jobs and take the time needed to do what’s right for your pets. My nervous coonhound wouldn’t let anyone trim his nails but after two sessions with Chris’s team and is showing much improvement. I highly recommend over other competitors and there is military discount.

  This is by far the best dog groomer around. Christopher and his staff are the most caring, intelligent people who you can tell will treat your animal with the upmost respect. They don’t leave your dog in a cage all day and even take them for walks! I’ve never seen my dog actually like a groomer until this place. My dog looks and smells better than any other groomer I’ve tried, can’t recommend enough!

  Passionate Paws and Claws is upbeat, passionate, very friendly, and extremely enthusiastic about their jobs! You can genuinely tell that they love what they do. My dog is a Husky so I know he’s not the easiest to handle but he got a full make over and a RAINBOW tail. Awesome job on the dye job I am very impressed and people love it everywhere I go!!! This is a great place for your dog to get groomed, facials, and just all around pampered. They used a sugar cookie body wash which a week later and I can still smell it!!
