Cyndy and team were amazing to work with, very knowledgeable and their entire network of chimney cleaners, gas line installers, etc.... are all top notch. Finished two gas log additions for masonry fireplaces....final products look beautiful! Thanks Stove Shop team!

Everything about our experience with the Stove Shop was perfectly executed. Frank and Cyndy walked us through the process and took care of coordinating the various contractors needed for install. We adore our gorgeous wood burning insert and can't wait to make good use of it for decades to come.

Our experience with the Wood Stove Shop has been exceptionally professional. When you hire a company to work on your home, the thing we need most is someone who has a substantial amount of expertise in their business. The staff from the Wood Stove Shop has just that. They looked after our safety when reinstalling our wood stove after a renovation and gave us the very best advice possible with how to resolve a safety issue with the construction of the fireplace. The service men that came to our home were also clean, courteous and knowledgeable. We are so grateful to have them as a resource and will continue to utilize their services and purchase product from their store.

Great customer experience. Bought a Vermont Casting wood stove with installation. Very professional install. Love it. Only downside to the Stove Shop is that they are PRICEY!
