  Metro Hospice Care is really wonderful. They are very kind and give excellent medical care. And they're great at taking time and explaining everything, which is really helpful when you're exhausted and upset. They were always available whenever I had any concerns about my aunt's condition, and they worked super well with the facility where my aunt was living. Anything that needed to happen, just happened. They work with Dr. Clarfield, who is a very kind doctor and doesn't rush through appointments. After my aunt passed away, they continued to provide caring assistance.

  I hope I can remember all or most of the good things about Metro Hospice. They attended to my mom about 3 months. The care and caring were outstanding. Dr. Clarfield is a wonderful doctor and took plenty of time to get to know mom (and me) and not rush any of her visits. He gave her optimum care and stabilized her before putting her on hospice which I really appreciated. I was able to be there when he saw mom which I was very appreciative for.
  
  Mark (co-owner), Warren (co-owner) and Edna are the RN's on call at this time. Totally responsive, caring and communicative with me, any staff at the facility, and the doctor. They made moving mom (2x) a breeze with the set up and pick up of medical equipment and bed. I was sooooo impressed how seamless their agency works. They spent extra time with mom, visited way more than "required" by law, and really ensured she was as comfortable as possible at all times. They were in constant contact with the board and care facility and super responsive to them when they needed Metro Hospice advice or direction.
  
  I have no hesitation recommending Metro Hospice to anybody. All of the staff is professional yet understanding, caring, patient, loving, etc.
