Been with Dr. Oommen since he started and been outstanding with all my health issues and concerns through the years.Sanjay also outstanding since he started out and grown with the practice. Nothing but the best care and professional conduct through all my issues and complications. Four thumbs up ???????????????? to them both????????????????

STANDING RULES:

1. We do not allow potential patients from any country to use family members identification and insurance cards to obtain medical care. That is considered illegal. You must use your own insurance card authorized by your insurance provider and appropriate identification for your visit.

2. Medications (all) are only prescribed to patients with appropriate needs and with appropriate screening as outlined by the State of Illinois.

3. We do not participate in any illegal activities.
