  Its a true pleasure to find a company who is ethical in running their business. Very professional in handling inquiries and scheduling. Technician respects my time by coming over promptly and gets the job done for oven repair as it failed to heat. Thumbs up! Highly recommended!

  Exceptional service and a very pleasant experience. The company sent a picture so you knew who was coming to your home. Very sensible person
  and fixed the problem with my washing machine the same day. Also went the extra mile took the time to spend with me and tell me how to get optimal performance from my appliances.

  After business with them I understand why they have a lot of 5 stars on Google!! From the initial call to set an appointment I knew this would go smoothly. They are extremely knowledgeable and you can tell customer service is a priority to them. Tech was very quick in figuring out the problem with our Samsung dryer and fixed it in minutes. Hope no other appliances break down any time soon but if they do we will be calling Wilshire.

  I had a service done on my sub zero refrigerator by Saul from Wilshire refrigeration. He came next day and took care of it quickly.
  In fact this was second time I had a problem with my sub zero which covered by warranty. Both time Saul came to take care of it and he was very courteous. Highly recommend him and the company.

  Great scheduling, excellent diagnostics, quick and clean repair service. Tech was very personable and especially knowledgeable about appliances, brands and how they work. He described the problem and helped us address it with a solution that made sense. Highly recommended!
