Office staff was very responsive to needs and concerns. Dr. Hess is current on more recent technology and studies. Very good experience.

Been going to Dr Hess for many many years. Started in Columbia Mall. He and the office are excellent. Highly recommend.

5 year old has astigmatism, doctor and staff were great. Some high tech equipment in the back, he took time with her to get it right. Very happy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hess since he opened his practice. He's the best doctor I've ever had, even when he scolds me for leaving my contacts in too long.
Now that I live in Richmond, I need to find a new optomotrist. Notice that I didn't say Replacement. No one could replace Dr. Hess.
