Services are very professional. All staff are polite, friendly, and above all, understanding. Questions are answered promptly and the staff remain in constant contact with any changes in circumstances.

We only had weekend service with Griswold and our requirement when we started was that we have the same aide on Saturday and Sunday every week. That requirement was met, we never had a substitute aide. This made for a great relationship between patient, caregiver and aide.
