  I love this place. Friendly people, free toppings, and ice cream! There is also space to hang out while you finish your cone. Fantastic!

  Amazing place! Ice cream is awesome, the owner is so happy, and really lives out the name with his work! Great family events suponcers and held by the company, and a family friendly atmosphere inside and out! Prime location, and I will definitely be contacting them if I ever need an ice cream truck or station at any event I have! We had them at a church event for a fall festival and we were so happy with the outcome! We will definitely have them back next year!

  who doesn't love ice cream, really? Scoops and Smiles is very clean and great location. It took me a while to decide which flavor to choose, but I went with the cheese cake. Unreal and I can't wait to go back for more.

  Delicious ice cream, very friendly staff, clean and cozy enviroment. And free ice cream toppings! What's not to love?

  Cute little ice cream store with great flavors! It's nothing to write home about, and is pretty standard as far as ice cream stores go, but it's quality, the location is fantastic, and there's outdoor benches to sit on!
