Hills at Hacienda Heights

I have been here for 7 months and consider myself a demanding tenant. The office staff is superbly accommodating and always on top of complaints and concerns. I feel treated as I am the only tennant in the community!! King And all office staff are the most pleasant, courteous and hardest working team I know!

I haven’t even moved in yet, but the personal and professional service I am experiencing from King has been second to none. When I call, I do get a call back, and also when he says he will get back to me with information he always follows through. The entire experience can be challenging at other communities, but King is making this transition seamless and I truly appreciate it. Thank you for all of your help and most of all your professionalism King!

I just renewed my lease contract for another year since I feel really comfortable living here. The complex is quiet at night. Neighbors are friendly. The only thing I don't like about this place is that the gardener blows leaves very early in the morning, usually around 8am.
I also want to mention that the staffs at the leasing office are very helpful. Especially Gina, who is the manager here, she is polite and respects the tenants so much. She has been willing to help me with any requests that I made and respond to me quickly. She is the best manager I have met.

I’d like to say that living here has been easy thanks to the help of King. It’s gonna be a year already that we moved in and glad to say we will be renewing our lease at hills at Hacienda. King has been absolutely helpful in anyway that he can from when we got approved for our apartment till now. Also wanna give a big thanks to Jessica for her awesome help anytime we have an issue. You guys are great!!!
