I had a good experience with air blue. Konrad came out and gave me estimate for new equipment. Great customer service at the office, hassle free scheduling the appointment and good follow up.

Prompt, thoughtfully explained all the issues and his suggestions on how to repair. Understood my budget my lack of understanding of how a furnace works.

Repaired the issue efficiently and cleaned up meticulously after he was done.

Would ask for Rob again if I needed further repairs.

My wife and I were very pleased with the professionalism of the Air Blue technician Chris. He was very thorough at inspecting our furnace and provided us with a free air quality/humidity test. He also explained everything so clearly to both of us in recommending certain upgrades in preventing future costly repairs. Chris also pointed out to us that we had an issue with our attic insulation, which is causing major humidity issues. Great Job Chris! and great job Air Blue for hiring and training Chris to be a big asset for them.
