I could not be more happy with the housing and extremely straightforward rental experience. I would gladly recommend them to my family and friends. The owner is a trustworthy guy and has always been fair in every situation that I have been a witness to. It seems like the negative reviews on his site are people who don't follow directions or did not like the outcome of a situation... 5 OUT OF 5 STARS ALL DAY!
Easy to comunicate with and always responsive to repair requests.
I am very well pleased with this property and they took care of all maintenance issues I had. Also very nice neighbors and very accessible to 95 to get to work. Also took the time to show me other properties and showed up on time for everyone. Thank you.
