  My son has always struggled in the classroom due to ADD. This school and the model it presents - one student to one teacher - has been the answer. It works. He actually enjoys learning and has the opportunity to have guided study to complete homework each day. This is a small school that gives a lot of attention to the details of how each student is progressing towards success. This school is less expensive than other schools that might be suitable for learning disability. We are very happy here and hope to complete high school at Halstrom.

  This school is pretty chill and stuff. The teachers are cool and relatable. It's really fun cause you can make pizza bites in the microwave during lunch time. I'm giving 4 stars because I don't like school, just like a normal kid.

  My son is in 9th grade and has been going to Halstrom since 7th grade. The teachers are absolutely amazing. What a difference from public school teachers. They actually take the time to figure out what way your child learns best. My kid is thriving there. He has great friends and he is very happy.

  I'm very pleased with how the teachers have figured out how my child learns best to accomplish the best grades that l knew were possible. They have successfully worked on achieving the best results and efforts any parent would be extremely proud of.
