  Exceptional staff - knowledgeable, helpful and definitely FIVE STARS all around. I have used State Farm INSURANCE since 1970 and both agencies I dealt with were very professional. and quick to lend help when needed. STAPLES INSURANCE AGENCY staff are kind and courteous too! I highly recommend this Agency!

  It is a warm and beautiful office! The staff are wonderful! First time having insurance and I'm so glad that this is where I was lead. Good job Staff for being welcoming!

  Jane has the most kindest, caring, and helpful employees working there. I never feel like I am just another customer, I always get a warm welcome just as if they were close friends or family. They are quick to get me in and out and answer any concerns I have and they always follow up on a previous concerns of mine.

  Jane Staples and her associates helped me out tremendously. I was in need of car insurance and she made the process a breeze. She explained exactly the benefits I get and how easy it is to file and receive a claim.
  
  I plan on using her services for as long as I have a car. I am also currently renting my apartment unit and purchased renter's insurance from her team as well.
  
  Again, I cannot express how in love I am with manner that she conducted herself in. I tell all my friends to use her for their insurance and financial needs.

  I have always had a pleasurable experience with the Jane Staples Agency. Anytime I call or go into the office, the staff has been warm and inviting. They are knowledgeable in their field and if they don't have an answer, they will do what they can to find the answer for you. I have moved out of the general area but I still keep my policies with them because I trust that this office will continue to provide the service that I am looking for overall.
