  I began by knowing very little about how to take care of myself properly, which almost resulted in me losing my life. Mike showed me how to nourish myself by teaching me to how to shop and what to shop for. Mike also showed me how to lift, stretch, exercise, and run. Mike shared reading material that made sense and started me on the road back to health. Mike has great hands and he worked out kinks that had been bothering me for decades. Mike is caring and genuinely concerned with people. Thanks to Mike, I'm down 35 pounds, eating properly, and exercising correctly. Words cannot do justice with respect to how much I recommend this man's services. Go check out the llamas and alpacas where he lives, and say hi to his beautiful wife and 2 lovely daughters, and his dog for me please.
