(November 4, 2018, 9:58 am)My introduction to Ashley at Balance Wellness Centers was through a mutual friend, who was already using the service. I had seen phenomenal results in my friend and decided that it was something worth investing my time in.
I was not disappointed, every consideration has been paid to find the right solution for me, there were no canned scripts or standard items, it was educated and considerate recommendations that took into account my position, point of view and previous attempts and experiences with trying to diet.
My main goal was to lose weight and after working with Ashley I have not only lost weight (the first week alone was 10 lbs), I feel better and have the confidence and support to complete a permanent lifestyle change for the better.
