  Very pleased with my shopping experience at C.D. Peacock in Oak Brook. Very impressed with the help received when I was shopping for watches. Lijia was very patient and showed me many watches and then a gentleman named Tim assisted by getting the watch I wanted from another store overnight. Obviously, they know service. I was downtown Chicago at the manufacturers shop and was alarmed by the lack of assistance. Very glad I stopped into C.D. Peacock as very personal and helpful. Never bought from them before but will in future for any other jewelry needs! Thank You Lijia and Tim as you helped me make a difficult decision easy and painless.

  Excellent customer service and attentiveness. Urszula was very helpful and helped me get exactly what my wife had been searching for: the rolex she had been dreaming of! She was not pushy at all, and helped us through this decision so everyone felt comfortable at the end. She was very informative, and provided all the information one needs to make decisions like this. The follow up was a nice touch as well! We will definitely make this our first stop for future purchases and guidance.

  We love coming into C.D.Peacock when we shop at Oakbrook. Every time we visit, Anthony has always been so helpful. This past time we went in, Lana helped myself, and Anthony helped my husband. They are kind, honest, and are very knowledgeable about their products. We both left VERY happy. Thank you both for amazing customer service and all of your help. We will be in again soon to see you both!

  We had a wonderful experience in the store today. Amy greeted us and proceeded to provide many options and background on the various manufactures and inquiring about my style and preferences. We landed on a beautiful piece after narrowing down to 2-3 options.
  
  Amy was knowledgeable and well invested in helping us make the right choice. I’m sure the second place watch will be on the holiday list.
