I love the exercise coach. I’ve been going there for almost a year and I feel like I am the most fit I’ve ever been strength -wise. The trainers are very knowledgeable and change up the routines all the time so you are never bored. It is also clean and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

No reason not to do this! The workout is effective, fast and with the nicest family you'll ever meet. If you try Exercise Coach you'll be hooked.

The Exercise Coach in Bannockburn is a terrific place to get in a weight workout if you are like me and unmotivated to do weight workouts on your own. A terrific family owned business with great personal attention and super friendly coaches who are knowledgeable as well as motivating. I highly recommend this unbelievably effective 20 minute workout. But do it here in Bannockburn with these wonderful people.
