Dr. Lance is an amazing doctor. He is caring and attentive. He actually cares about his patients. He is prompt and easy to reach. He is an Angel and keeps up with the latest medical news. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Lance is my husband's g.p. and endocrinologist. Now that he has gone concierge, we have to do a little more insurance paperwork and pay a bit more, which is a bit of a stretch for us. But we didn't think twice about following him from the group to the individual practice. We NEVER have to wait, his assistant Lauren is much warmer and friendlier, my husband gets excellent, unhurried care, and Dr. Lance himself is happier. He educates both of us about new developments in the study of Type 1 diabetes, and he makes recommendations that we trust about nutrition, lifestyle, etc.
