I was very satisfied with my last maintenance/service visit, especially the technician (Jamie?) who worked on my F Type and Kevin, my service advisor. Jamie spent a considerable amount of time tracking down and successfully resolving two issues that I had brought to their attention and he explained what he discovered in person when I went to pick up the vehicle. I was very impressed by both his knowledge and customer-focus and wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back to them.

I would highly recommend having your car serviced as well as purchasing a new car at Jim Coleman Jaguar / Land Rover. From Kevin in service and Gary in Sales the entire staff have the process down and they do what they say they’re going to do. A great group of people to work with. I look forward to bringing my car in to be serviced and trading up when it is time.

It's been a little bit late for the review but here I am. First of all, I'd like to thank Sam for helping me above and beyond of getting this sick red F-Type S, and I absolutely fall in love with the color combination of this car. For what the money is worth, this is probably the best configuration of F-Type I can get in East Coast with this amount of money and Approved Warranty. I'm enjoying this car every single minute I'm driving it and I'm going to keep this car for a long time to share to joy of owning the first true sports car in my life with my loved ones, my friends, and my community. I'd definitely recommend anyone who wants a quality Jaguar or Land Rover product to Jim Coleman Jaguar Land Rover.
